I like the idea of Kathleen Sebelius because she is a woman and she is from Kansas. I think this would appeal to those who want to see a woman President. Sebelius would show a committment to women and bringing them forward. She is also appealing to the mid-west and could bring crucial states into play like Kansas, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Indiana; and in the important southern state Florida.

I think Obama must chose a woman, the time is now. VP is a great start for female. Kathleen Sebellius, Nancy Pelosi except she is from California and does not offer any geographic advantage, Nancy Werner? I like the idea of Sebellius because her father was governor of Ohio. So she has roots in two states. Obama brings Hawaii, and Illinois.

I believe McCain will pick a female if Obama doesn’t and that will split the female vote significantly. We need to be first. Women also need to be brought forward in this election as well and this would be the way to show women their issues would not be neglected. We need real drastic change, I THINK THE COUNTRY IS READY FOR IT. I love the idea of an African American and a female. That is a dynamic ticket and I think a female would signify real change. Obama talked about new energy and people to Washington. How else to shake things up but to FEMALE PRESIDENT OF THE SENATE, and we have a female running the house.

HISTORICAL.Oh yes, we are ready, to shake it up, and let the people govern. We are ready to hold our leaders accountable, we are ready to be involved, we are ready to take care of each other, we are ready to be Americans, and we should not be held back by the belief that we can’t have a female and a black man.
